Dynamic Property Services is an all-trades company specialising in kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, and attic & garage conversions. We offer a wide range of services, including joinery, electrical, plumbing and heating, plastering and decorating, building, and tiling.

We handle everything from the initial strip-out and removal to the final completion of projects, making us a one-stop shop for home improvement needs. Recently, we opened a shop and office in the middle of the Midlothian village of Loanhead, bringing our services closer to the local community.

In the past year, we’ve also worked on bar and restaurant refurbishments, ensuring businesses are up and running quickly. Dynamic Property Services was formed from the merger of four companies—joinery, electrical, building, and plumbing—under the vision of our Director/Owner, Ross Barr, to create a comprehensive home improvement business.
