The Solway Sharks are thrilled to announce the re-signing of defenceman Liam Danskin.

Danskin joined the Sharks part way through the 23/24 season after parting ways with the Hull Seahawks. Prior to last season Liam split time between the Sharks at the NIHL 1 level and the Glasgow Clan in the EIHL. The 23 year-old brings a steady and consistent presence to the Sharks defensive core. Danskin’s unselfish, team first attitude is something that is admired by his teammates and coaches.

Liam Danskin had this to say regarding his return to the club,

I am super happy to be back at the Shark Tank, can’t wait for the start of the season to see the boys again and get playing in front of our amazing fans!”

The Sharks are very pleased to have Liam back and are excited to see the positive impact he brings to the 24/25 season.

We are extremely pleased to get Liam signed back up for next season. It will be nice to have Liam right from the start of the season. It is never an easy task as a player to join a team part way through the season and Danko did a great job coming in and providing a solid impact on our club.”
