The Building Craftsmen Dumfries Solway Sharks are pleased to announce the results of the Supporters Association awards for the 2019/20 season.

These awards were voted for by our fans and set up and run by our Supporters Association.

The main award voted for by the supporters was the Supporters Player of the year Award. 

This is always a prestigious award and it has been won by some very good players in the past. There were lots of votes cast for this award but one clear favourite emerged and there was one winner and a clear fan favourite in this category.

That winner and the winner of our supporters player of the year award is Slovakian sharpshooter #19 Peter Gapa.

Peter has been a standout player all season and came up with huge performances and became a real leader on and off the ice throughout the season and is a real fan favourite with all Sharks supporters and a very deserving winner of the Supporters Player of the year. Congratulations to Peter on this award and his 2nd of the virtual awards.
